Order confirmation details will appear during checkout, indicating the amount, prices, delivery options, and delivery charges. After you click the check out button, you will receive an automated email with all of the specifics of your ROAD MAP order.

We will begin processing your order for delivery as soon as you place it. It is possible to cancel an order once it has been verified and sent to the warehouse for logistics, but it is not feasible to add or remove individual goods. It is not feasible to make any additional modifications to an order once it is ready to ship.

After the order confirmation email, you will receive another email with details on your purchased item, including a confirmation ID, a unique tracking reference number (BAN), and a tracking referencing link. The tracking reference link will take you to the courier’s website, where you may input your BAN to track the status of your order and delivery progress, BAN might be found in your order history as well.

Express Delivery allows the residents of Pakistan to receive their purchased article within 1 working day.

Products will be delivered from Monday to Friday between local timing 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

DELIVERY PROCESS

After the placement of the order, our customer service will get in touch with you. As soon as the order gets confirmed and mandatory checks such as credit clearance, address verification and availability of items are done, we will dispatch the order at your cited delivery place across Pakistan within the same day.

In some cases, it may take 3-5 working days. It is pertinent to inform you that bad weather or strategic conditions or additional checks on payment and address details may delay your order for two or more days which you will be notified within the 48 hours of the placement of orders.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We hope you enjoy ROAD MAP products as much as we do, but if you need to return something from your order, we’ll take care of it. We have endeavored to make this process as easy as possible for our valued customers at no cost to you.

  1. ROAD MAP offers a 14-day return/exchange policy for a completely new and convenient purchasing experience at home.
  2. All replacement products must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original packaging (the product must be in its original condition) and the original purchase condition).
  3. Simply enter your order number and other information to create a return label. Once the return label is created, you can return the package to your nearest (FedEx facility) for return. Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund.
  4. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt. Undergarments, Accessories (artificial jewelers) and cosmetics once seal is opened cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
  5. Repairs of the products damaged due to wear & Tear will be entertained on management discretion Within 30 days of the purchase.
  6. Please note that the management has the right to assess the age & condition of the returned goods prior to offering a repair or exchange (Terms & Conditions Apply)

Disclaimer for certain item category not eligible for return due to hygiene region i.e. cosmetics/undergarments etc.Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value.

 

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete.
  • The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
  • The product is unwashed and not used in any way.
  • The product is in its original and undamaged packaging (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • Wore/Tried Undergarments are not eligible for exchange.
  • The minimum time for processing exchange is 07 working days.
  • In case of EXCHANGE shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • This policy applies to all online orders.
  • In case of an exchange the customer will bear the re-shipping cost.
  • Altered or Make to Measure orders CANNOT be refunded or exchanged, However in case of incorrect measurement further adjustments in alterations will be made.

Discounted Products:

  • Exchanges and refunds during sale are ONLY applicable, if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

 

Credit/Debit Card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 additional business days to process the transaction.

Voucher Payment: Only product exchange is possible – voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full

Corporate Gift Card Payment: Only product exchange is possible – card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / Gift card / voucher in part or full.

To generate a return label, kindly follow either option(s):

A.) Fill out the form online, print the label and place it on the original box of your merchandise. Once done, you may drop it off at any ( FedEx location )

Unless an exception has been applied and indicated on your file, we allow you 7 day(s) for the parcel to arrive back to us before we refuse the shipping from the requested date. This should give the parcel plenty of time to arrive at one of our Warehouse sites.

Once all items you wish to purchase have been added to your cart, follow the steps below:
